How trigger detection works
Once you've logged about a week of meals alongside your daily check-ins, Cadence starts cross-checking food categories against your symptom scores, looking for patterns like "bloating ran worse within a day of dairy."
When it finds one, it shows you the actual dates behind it (receipts, not vibes) and flags it as a hypothesis you can test properly with your coach, one change at a time.
This is the thing generic calorie apps can't do: your food and your symptoms live side by side here.
