Downloading or deleting your data

Both are self-serve, under Profile & settings → Your data.

Download: one file containing everything Cadence knows about you: intake, check-ins, chats, plans, insights, the coach's memories. Yours, anytime.

Delete: permanently removes your account and everything in it: chats, photos, logs, the coach's memory. No email required, no waiting period, no "are you sure" phone call. The exit door being unlocked is part of why you can trust walking in.
